If you cannot see anyone in the first photograph try looking in the red box in the second photograph.
The walker is on the Bocchette Centrali via ferrata [iron way] in the Brenta Dolomites in Italy. This is one of the most popular via ferrata in the western Dolomites.
It is not a difficult path, but there is some exposure. The path is at a height of about 2,500 metres.
