Whitecliffs Walkway, New Zealand

The Whitecliffs Walkway on the west coast of the North Island of New Zealand. The walkway is 9.6km long and takes 4-5 hours to walk. Part of the track is on private farmland and is closed July, August and September. Another part of the track is along a beach which is only passable at low tide. There is no public transport so walkers need to have arranged private transport at both ends of the walk.
