The inland sea fishing village on Gozo. The Mediterranean is the other side of the rock wall.
Fishermen took their boats through the tunnel to the open sea. Divers now enter the water here and swim out through the tunnel.
You can see the seaward side tunnel entrance in the center of the picture.
