These photos are of the VW Transparent Factory in Dresden. This assembles the Phaeton range of cars. The factory is very close to the centre of Dresden and parts are brought into the factory by specially modified electric trams. The factory is open to the public, though you can only do the full tour if you have agreed to purchase a Phaeton. You can only see a bit of the factory operations from the areas that are open to the general public. Just look at the cleanliness of the floors. No manufacturing is done here, just assembly.
